Upper hand in the state, Kiran, Botsa

The ongoing tussle between the Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy and the PCC Chief Botsa Satyanarayana is evident as we read the media daily. This never ending cold war has done much damage to the party prospects and the recent by-polls are the only proofs. And as for the developments in the state there seems not a day in the assembly without chaos.  The ongoing verbal war between the Congress and the Telugu Desam Party is another endless issue. If there is some gap on the anvil then both of them join to hurl verbal bombs on the YSR Congress Chief. As the situation looks grim to the common man, probably sensing the seriousness, the high command had called both the leaders to Delhi and they were in the capital on Wednesday.

As per sources the reports say that both the leaders ended up in a hot verbal duel while at the general secretary and in-charge of party affairs in AP, Ghulam Nabi Azad. The Delhi Leader had tried his best to sort the differences but his bid seems in vain. The two leaders from the state shall be meeting the Party President Sonia Gandhi today. Another important issue in speculation is that the Deputy Chief Minister Damaodar Rajanarasimha might be advantageous over this tussle. He is also at Delhi along with the two leaders and has been a party to all their meetings.

Another source says that the party expresses opinion that there will be no change in the leadership in the state till the by-elections are over. That means that these leaders shall have to bear with each other for the next four months. But as per the recent statistics the CM had an upper hand when he decided on the cabinet expansion, after stiff opposition in the state.  The present situation seems to be different and even some say that he is going all out to woo the PCC Chief. Even the transfer of a high end officer dealing the liquor scam was a part of his truce. But the PCC Chief who surely ahead in the race is unrelenting, say critics. Today’s meet shall however be the code of law for these two leaders. The public irritated with the antics of the ruling party curse themselves for not voting a purely regional party, which could be at liberty to take any decision.
