Oily fish a boon for women's health

Here is a piece of good news for all the fish lovers out there! Gorging on salmon, sardine, tuna or any other oily fish can cut down the risk of breast cancer significantly.

A recent study by British Medical Journal (BMJ) revealed that eating these n-3 PUFAs rich fishes at least once or twice a week can lower the chances of breast cancer in women besides boosting body immunity, blood vessel activity and brain health.

The oily fish are rich sources of EPA, DPA, DHA, and ALA that are believed to have anti-carcinogenic properties. Consuming two portions of oily fish per week can thus leave you high on health and life.
