Sleep well for good health

Health and happiness go hand-in-hand. A good night's sleep gives your body renewed energy for the next day. You feel fully charged and raring to go when you wake up well-rested in the morning. On days when your body is deprieved of sleep you feel lethargic and sleepy. Your body aches and there is a general lack of enthusiasm in food, work or any other activity. To aid your body to get sufficient sleep you can practice meditation or pursue other relaxing activities.
