Working more than eight hours continuously with only one or two breaks can hurt you health, just to avoid stress and hunger, you can have better snack time at your desk only. The right snacks helps us to focus mentally by taking the edge off our hunger and can provide a much-needed energy boost until the next meal.

# Juicy watermelon or other fruit

Use bags or containers so as to allow the juicy watermelon or other fruit to eat from the box itself. You can cut up crunchy celery into sticks that you can munch on at your desk or work place by avoiding hunt for plates and bowls.

# Rich protein paste

You can bring healthy nuts to accompany the fruit or you can even bring the paste of nuts combined with mild butter or any flavor for sound less eating.

# Avoid Junk Food

Try to avoid junk food in between healthy lunch and dinner, for avoiding the health damage. It is better to go for fruit or some health juice. Don’t peel off the skins on apples, peaches or plums provide extra fiber and will help you to feel fuller for a longer period of time. Wash the fruit at home so you can eat them immediately at work.

Liquids can help you to feel full and are good for your health too. Latest researches suggest that adequate hydration increases cell metabolism, allows the muscles to work harder by providing oxygen and promotes the body’s elimination of waste.
