Michael Jackson's mother, Katherine Jackson's appeal for new trial on the death mystery of her son was rejected by the California's Court of Appeals. The court denied the plea, by stating that the concert promoter AEG was in no way responsible for singer's death.

While, Katherine claimed that her son's doctor Conrad Murray was under the control of concert executives and they have failed to properly investigate him before hiring, whereas court announced its decision that MJ's ill-fated comeback concerts was not responsible for his death, as per the CBS News report.

The court also upheld rulings by a district trial court judge, who narrowed the case to a single claim that AEG negligently hired, retained and supervised the doctor later convicted of causing death to MJ.

While, Marvin S. Putnam, attorney of AEG said in a strongly worded opinion, the court has declared that AEG was in no way responsible for the tragic death of moon walk singer in June 2009. Kevin Boyle, an attorney for Katherine Jackson asserted that his office is reading the ruling and do not have an immediate comment.
