Indian American Girl child sends video message to PM Modi

A short video of a girl child of Tamil origin, who said that she will not visit India again for her summer vacation, as she is feared hearing the news about minor children and women being brutally raped, in India, every other day. This video, is not being so trendy by receiving huge number of shares by Indian-Americans and also by native Indians.

In a strongly worded video message to Indian Prime minister Narendra Modi, the young child was saying that she is an American by birth, but truly a ‘Tamil Indian by heart’, she said that she has visited India as a baby, and despite the heavy traffic, the people were nice and the food was great.

“Now, I’m hearing news and reading through Facebook that woman and children in India are raped and murdered every other day.”

By quoting the above sentence, then she tried giving an example of the recent brutal rape and murder of a eight year old girl Asifa, in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.

The molested girl was kidnapped by a six member gangsters and was tortured and raped drugging her repeatedly inside a temple.

The Indian American girl, then demands Prime Minister Modi, to take action against those who incite such harsh violence.

The video of One minute and six seconds, concludes with the girl saying that, she has asked her father not to take her to India for summer vacations as she is worried about her safety in the country.

The recent rape and murder incident of the eight year old girl have made her video, stirred wide-spread protest, across India with many questioning the Modi administration, questioning the Modi-led government for not fulfilling his campaign promise to end crimes against women and children.

In another instance, a father of rape victim was killed in the police custody after he protested with an allegation against ruling Bharatiya Janatha Party (BJP) MLA from the state of Uttar Pradesh.
