I have entered into an agreement whereby the IRS has approved me to act as a Certifying Acceptance Agent pursuant to Federal Treasury Regulation A301.6109-1(d)(3)(iv) of the Income Tax Regulations and Revenue Procedure 96-52.

Services

As a Certifying Acceptance Agent, I am authorized to act on behalf of alien individuals and other foreign persons with respect to obtaining an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN). I am authorized to submit Form W-7 to the IRS on behalf of an applicant, without being required to attach supporting documentary evidence, usually your passport (may require based on new regulation effective January 2013). Being a Certifying Acceptance Agent does not authorize me to represent or act as an agent of the IRS.
