Analysis

Chef Hindi Movie Review, Rating, Story, Cast and Crew

The biggest asset of the film is that it has been well adopted to suit the Indian nativity. Though the makers missed some from the original, all the episodes will connect well with the Indian audience. The entertainment and the emotional drama are the major highlights of the film. The lead actors managed to take them well on screen and surprisingly the songs are the major assets of Chef. The nativity, the locations, the lead actors and the hilarious entertainment will leave everyone fall in love with the film.

At the same time, the second half witnesses a drag and it will not go well with many. The slow narration and the dose of emotions will not appeal to all the sections of audience. However the heart touching climax and the songs are the major highlights of the film. Saif Ali Khan dazzles on screen while Padma Priya will not allow you to take your eyes off. On the whole Chef is an interesting film that will make you emotional and laugh to the core.

Performance

Saif Ali Khan is a treat to be watched on screen. His attitude, comic timing and the way he carried the character are surely the major highlights of Chef. He transformed himself and suits the role of a New York Chef well. Padma Priya has been outstanding in the role and she essayed with utmost ease. She has been sizzling hot and one cannot turn off their eyes when she is on screen. Svar Kamble has been extremely impressive in the role and he is the other highlight of Chef. All the other actors delivered out their best for the film.

The story of Chef has been taken from the original and it has been transformed well. The screenplay and the dialogues are the major highlights of the film. The cinematography has been outstanding and it reveals the film’s mood. The music and the background score are the major assets and the production values looks lavish. Raja Krishna Menon steps out with one more interesting piece of work with Chef and the film will sure end up impressing the audience big time.
