Flagstaff police released details surrounding missing Phoenix teacher

Valley teacher Cathryn Gorospe was last seen on Oct 6th. Gorospe’s family friends and students are searching for her.

Gorospe is described as a White female, 44-year-old, 5’5 tall, and 150 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair. On Tuesday Flagstaff police released many details of this case.

According to the summary released by Flagstaff Police Tuesday afternoon Gorospe on October 6th, bonded Charlie Malzahn, 27, out of Coconino County jail. Since then Gorospe has been missing. Investigators said that Gorospe has bailed Malzahn out of jail at 10:12 pm. It is unknown that how long were two of them together, but police said it is believed that Malzahn has taken car from her at some point.

Tucson police said that Malzahn tried buying items at a mall with her cards and was also spotted driving her SUV; he was arrested after he crashed his SUV.
