Actress Manisha Koirala is now associated with a multi-starrer project of National Award-winning filmmaker Bala’s next Tamil film. She is roped in to play an important role, according to sources. The project is not titled yet and is scheduled to go onto the floors on July 2015. Romours surrounding the title ‘Kutra Paramparai’ are making rounds for the project that would be produced by B Studios, Bala’s home banner.

According to a source, “The film so far features Vishal, Atharvaa, Arya, Arvind Swamy and Manisha. The makers are also in talks with Anushka Shetty.”

However, due to the delay in the release of Bala’s forthcoming film ‘Tharai Thappattai’, this project was postponed,” the source added.

Meanwhile, Tharai Thappattai is all set to release on Thursday worldwide. The film features Sasikumar and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in the leading roles, while Ilaiyaraaja composed the film's music based on karakattam. Written and directed by one of the most versatile directors of India, Bala, Tharai Thappattai is music maestro Ilaiyaraaja's 1000th film as a music composer.
