Analysis

Befikre Movie Review

Aditya Chopra’s 'Befikre', created a stir with sizzling trailer. The film is all about the modern day relationships and how individuals today are lost in translation of concepts such as commitment, acceptance and the ultimate leap of faith that love is. The first half of the film is light-hearted. It moves through Dharam and Shyra’s past and present relationship.  The second half slips too much in terms of logic. The story drags towards the climax.

Performance

Ranveer Singh is an actor who manages to overshadow everybody else on the screen. He is perfect but the opening scene is extremely poor though he manages to keep you entertained with his goofy acts. Vaani Kapoor tries hard to impress us with her performance. Unfortunately, it is her recently ‘fixed’ face and her average dialogue delivery put you off.

Final Word

Befikre is a youthful romantic love entertainer.
