OnePlus has revealed the pricing and availability for its latest tablet, the OnePlus Pad 3, in India. This device was first shown to the world in June and will be available in India starting September 5. The new Pad 3 is priced at Rs 47,999 for the model with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, while the highest option, featuring 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, costs Rs 52,999. Buyers can select between two color choices — Storm Blue and Frosted Silver. The tablet can be bought through various platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, the official OnePlus India website, and physical stores throughout the nation. To sweeten the deal, OnePlus is giving away freebies for early buyers. Anyone who purchases the tablet from September 5 to 7 will either get the Stylo 2 stylus or a folio case for free. Additionally, the company has partnered with banks to provide immediate discounts, allowing the initial model's price to drop to Rs 42,999.
On the hardware side, the OnePlus Pad 3 is designed to compete with other high-end tablets. It features Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite processor alongside an Adreno 830 GPU, which aims to provide excellent performance for tasks like multitasking, gaming, and productivity. The tablet can come with as much as 16GB of LPDDR5T RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The display stands out as one of the main features. The OnePlus Pad 3 includes a 13.2-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 2400 x 3392 pixels. It supports an adaptive refresh rate of up to 144Hz, a touch sampling rate of 540Hz, and can reach brightness levels of 600nits. The screen has been certified for eye comfort by TUV Rheinland Eye Care 4.0, indicating it is suited for long use. Its 7:5 aspect ratio and nearly 90 percent screen-to-body ratio make it ideal for reading, browsing, and productivity tasks.

For photography, the tablet comes with a 13-megapixel camera on the back for casual photos and document scanning, while an 8-megapixel front camera is used for video calls and selfies. The audio is delivered through an eight-speaker system. The OnePlus Pad 3 operates on OxygenOS 15, which is based on Android 15, and includes AI-enhanced features such as Google’s Circle to Search and Gemini integration. For security, it uses face unlock technology. The tablet also boasts a powerful battery. It contains a 12,140mAh battery that supports 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. OnePlus asserts that the device can stay on standby for up to 72 days and can fully charge in around 92 minutes. Even with such a large battery, the tablet is thin at only 5.97mm and weighs 675 grams.
