Oppo Find X9 Pro and Find X9 were revealed to the world at a hardware event in Barcelona on Tuesday. These smartphones were first introduced in China on October 16 with nearly identical features. Both devices operate on the 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, alongside a maximum of 16GB of LPDDR5x memory and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 built-in storage. They come with ColorOS 16, based on Android 16. The Find X9 Pro has a larger 7,500mAh battery, whereas the standard model has a 7,025mAh battery. The starting price for the Oppo Find X9 Pro is EUR 1,299 (about Rs. 1,34,000) for the only version that has 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. On the other hand, the Oppo Find X9 is priced at EUR 999 (approximately Rs. 1,03,000) for the model that comes with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. The new Oppo Find X9 Pro will be available in Silk White and Titanium Charcoal colors, while the standard Oppo Find X9 will come in Space Black, Titanium Grey, and Velvet Red colors. Both models will be available for purchase globally through the company's online shop.

The Oppo Find X9 Pro is a dual-SIM phone operating on Android 16, featuring Oppo's ColorOS 16 interface. The brand guarantees five updates for the operating system and six years of security updates for this device. It has a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,272×2,772 pixels that can refresh at a rate of up to 120Hz, an aspect ratio of 20:9, a peak brightness of 3,600 nits, and a pixel density of 450 ppi. The screen also includes Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection, covers 100 percent of the DCI-P3 color range, offers 2,160Hz PWM Dimming along with DC dimming, and supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+, HDR Vivid, and Splash Touch technology. The Find X9 Pro has IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for protection against dust and water, and it is certified for drop resistance by SGS. The company also claims that the display meets TUV Rheinland Intelligent Eye Care 5.0 certification. The Oppo Find X9 Pro runs on the top-tier 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, with the option of 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. It features an X-axis haptic motor and uses an Advanced Vapor Chamber cooling system with a total dissipation area of 36,344.4 sq mm.

For its camera capabilities, the Oppo Find X9 Pro comes with a Hasselblad-enhanced triple camera setup on the back. There is a main camera with 50 megapixels (f/1.5) from Sony, featuring a sensor size of 1/1.28 inches, a focal length of 23mm, and optical image stabilization (OIS). Additionally, there is a 50-megapixel (f/2.0) ultrawide camera from Samsung with a 15mm focal length, along with a telephoto camera offering 200 megapixels (f/2.1) that has a 70mm focal length and OIS. On the front side, it has a 50-megapixel (f/2.0) selfie camera from Samsung. The device is powered by a 7,500mAh silicon-carbon battery that supports 80W SuperVOOC fast charging through wired connection and 50W AirVOOC for wireless charging. It also includes a 10W reverse wireless charging function. For connectivity, it provides Bluetooth 6.0, Wi-Fi 7, and features like AI LinkBoost with an Oppo RF chip, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C, GPS, GLONASS, QZSS, and Galileo. It is also equipped with four microphones. For added security, it has a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. Its dimensions are 161.26×76.46×8.25mm and it weighs around 224 grams.

The Oppo Find X9 is a dual-SIM device as well. It has the same processor, operating system, IP ratings, drop protection, and connectivity features. However, it has a slightly smaller 6.59-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1,256×2,760 pixels, maintaining a fixed refresh rate of 120Hz and a pixel density of 460 ppi, with an aspect ratio of 19.8:9. Other screen attributes are similar to those of the Find X9 Pro. While it includes the same VC cooling system as the Pro version, it has a reduced dissipation area of 32,052.5 sq mm. For capturing images and videos, the Oppo Find X9 comes with a 50-megapixel (f/1.6) wide-angle camera from Sony that has OIS, a 50-megapixel (f/2.0) ultrawide camera, and a 50-megapixel (f/2.6) telephoto camera from Sony that also has OIS. It includes a front-facing camera with 32 megapixels, made by Sony IMX615. It uses a smaller 7,025mAh silicon-carbon battery but maintains the same charging speeds for both wired and wireless as the Pro model. The dimensions of the Oppo Find X9 are 156.98×73.93×7.99mm, and it weighs approximately 203 grams.
