Realme is set to introduce the 16 Pro series in India shortly, and they have started to share hints about the features of one device in the series, the Realme 16 Pro+ 5G. Furthermore, the main details and attributes of the new Realme 16 Pro+ 5G have been disclosed. It is expected to come with a triple camera system on the back, which can zoom up to 10 times. Additionally, it has been confirmed that the phone will use an unidentified Snapdragon processor, which is claimed to surpass the performance of a competing smartphone's chipset. The upcoming Realme 16 Pro+ 5G is now listed on the company's website in India, showcasing its specifications. It has been confirmed that the smartphone will be powered by an unknown Snapdragon processor. The company asserts that this processor outperforms the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip, scoring higher on the AnTuTu benchmark test. Moreover, it is expected to have a triple rear camera configuration capable of 10x zoom.

Moreover, the Realme 16 Pro+ 5G will come with AI Edit Genie 2.0, providing various image editing features like AI StyleMe and AI LightMe. The exact battery size of the device has not been confirmed yet, but the company claims it will provide approximately 9.3 hours of gaming, 20.8 hours of Instagram usage, 21 hours of YouTube video watching, and 125 hours of music playing on Spotify. Regarding its design, the phone appears to have a sleek profile with a slim camera bump on the rear. It may also include a metal frame. The Realme India site indicates that more information about the upcoming series will be available soon. However, a source named Repeater 002 has posted a picture of the phone's packaging on Weibo, suggesting that the device will include a periscope telephoto lens, which was not featured in the Realme 15 models.
In a separate message on X, tech influencer Paras Guglani has mentioned that the Realme 16 Pro series will launch in India with the same technical specifications as those available in China. While confirming the presence of the periscope telephoto camera, he also leaked that the series will be powered by a 7,000mAh battery. It is rumored that the price of the phone in India will range from Rs. 35,000 to Rs. 40,000.
