Oppo has introduced the Reno 15 FS 5G smartphone in certain European countries. This device adds to the current Reno 15 series, which already features Reno 15, Reno 15 Pro, Reno 15 Pro Max, Reno 15 Pro Mini, Reno 15C, and Reno 15F models. The Reno 15 FS closely resembles the Reno 15F. Still, the FS version stands out by having a slightly smaller 6,500mAh battery and comes in just one setup with 8GB of RAM and 512GB storage. The starting price for the Oppo Reno 15 FS 5G is PLN 1,599 (approximately Rs. 40,600) on Oppo's official website in Poland, while it is priced at EUR 469.99 (about Rs. 50,200) in Italy. The smartphone is offered in Aurora Blue and Twilight Blue colours in various European markets.
The Oppo Reno 15 FS 5G features a 6.57-inch full-HD+ (2,372×1,080 pixels) AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, a touch sampling rate of 240Hz, peak brightness of up to 1,400 nits, full DCI-P3 colour gamut support, and can display over 1.07 billion colours with a 10-bit colour depth. The screen is safeguarded by Gorilla Glass and AGC DT-STAR D+ glass. It is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, combined with an Adreno 710 GPU, 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, and 512GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. It allows for expandable storage of up to 2TB using a microSD card. This phone operates on Android 16 with ColorOS 16 overlay. The Reno 15 FS 5G has a triple rear camera system, which includes a 50-megapixel wide-angle main camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS), an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. On the front, it has a 50-megapixel camera. Both the front and rear cameras can record 4K video at 30fps, along with features like slow-motion, time-lapse, dual-view video, and electronic image stabilisation.
In terms of audio, the Oppo Reno 15 FS 5G supports high-quality Bluetooth audio codecs such as LDAC, aptX, and aptX HD. For security, it includes an in-display optical fingerprint sensor and facial recognition feature. The phone is equipped with a complete range of sensors, including an accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, colour temperature sensor, and e-compass. The Oppo Reno 15 FS 5G comes with a 6,500mAh battery that supports up to 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. Connectivity options include dual SIM support, eSIM compatibility, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, GPS, and USB Type-C. The phone has dimensions of approximately 158.18×74.93×8.14mm in Twilight Blue and can be up to 8.27mm thick in Aurora Blue. Its weight varies between about 189g to 196g, depending on the colour.
