Oppo F33 Pro 5G made its debut in India on Wednesday. The device was launched alongside the standard Oppo F33 5G, marking the latest entries in the company's mid-range F lineup. The Oppo F33 Pro 5G is set to be available for purchase in the region through an e-commerce site and the company’s own online shop. Additionally, this smartphone will come in three color options and will feature two configurations for RAM and storage. Powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6000 series processor, the newly released Oppo F33 Pro 5G features a robust 7,000mAh battery. This device is also equipped with a dual rear camera system, highlighted by a 50-megapixel primary camera. The pricing for the Oppo F33 Pro 5G in India starts from Rs. 37,999 for the basic model with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. In contrast, the highest-end version, which includes 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, is priced at Rs. 40,999. It will be sold in India via Flipkart and the Oppo India online store. The available color choices for the Oppo F33 Pro 5G are Misty Forest, Passion Red, and Starry Blue.
The Oppo F33 Pro 5G is capable of supporting two Nano SIM cards and operates on Oppo's ColorOS 16, which is based on Android 16. The smartphone features a 6.57-inch Full-HD+ (1,080 × 2,372 pixels) flat AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, a peak brightness of 1,400 nits, a 240Hz touch sampling rate, 1.07 billion colors, and a complete DCI-P3 color spectrum, along with AGC DT-STAR D+ screen protection. The company asserts that the device has IP66 + IP68 + IP69K certifications, making it resistant to dust and water. An octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Max processor, manufactured on a 6nm technology, drives the new Oppo F33 Pro 5G. The smartphone includes a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM, and offers up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. For heat management, the device incorporates a SuperCool vapor chamber (VC) cooling system that features a heat dissipation area of 4,289 sq mm. As for the camera setup, the Oppo F33 Pro 5G is outfitted with a dual rear camera configuration, led by a 50-megapixel main camera that utilizes an OV50D40 sensor, has an f/1.8 aperture, a 76-degree field of view, and autofocus capabilities. This primary camera is complemented by a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor with an f/2.4 aperture and an 89-degree field of view. On the front, this device includes a 50-megapixel camera for selfies and video conferencing, featuring an f/2.0 aperture, a 100-degree field of view, and autofocus. It is capable of recording videos at resolutions up to 1080p/60 fps.
The Oppo F33 Pro 5G is equipped with a 7,000mAh battery that supports 80W SuperVOOC wired fast charging technology. Additionally, the smartphone is compatible with 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.4, and includes a USB Type-C port, as well as BeiDou, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and QZSS for various connectivity options. An array of sensors onboard consists of a proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, color temperature sensor, electronic compass, accelerometer, gyroscope, and an in-display optical fingerprint sensor for enhanced security.
