Analysis

Krishnamma Movie Review, Rating, Story, Cast and Crew

The film's director Gopala Krishna had strong ideas. His writing captures our attention in the first part, which shows the protagonist's plight as an orphan of society, his desire for a family, and his desire for a better life than himself. Everything was done right here. . Then the important love story is introduced and everything becomes more general but the emotions still work here and there and the first half ends on a good note. When the director ran out of ideas in the second half, he decided to introduce a weak revenge idea, something we had seen many times before in mainstream films. His writing becomes too simple here, which makes the story feel rushed and the execution completely uninteresting. Turning the key didn't make as much of an impact as I expected. The villain was interesting, but the director's weak sense of revenge ruined it, and the climactic fight felt soulless.

Performance

Satyadev was flawless as Patra, his natural performance reminiscent of Ravideja's good taste. With his impressive performance, he single-handedly tried to save his other half from the ruins of everyday life. Lakshman Misala is good as Kodi. The rest of the cast fits their roles.

Cinematography by Sunny Gurupati was good. The attempt to convey a rustic atmosphere was clearly evident in the natural and simple environment. Kala Bhairava's music was good. His songs are good, but the background music is disappointing. The editing of Thammiraju went quickly. In the first half it pays off, but in the second half it's a draw and the strong emotions disappear very quickly.

Final Word

Satyadev and his team played their parts well but Krishnamma falls short in living to the expectations.
