Telugu siren Anushka will be seen in the role of Bhagamati in her upcoming period film which will be directed by Ashok of 'Pilla Zamindar' fame. Mirchi movie makers UV Creations will be producing the film.

We don't know whether this film is female centric one or not. Interestingly, Anushka took up this project, despite announcing a few days back that she wants to take a break for period drama and huge budget films.

Currently Anushka's dates are packed for this year with Baahubali and Rudramadevi. Bhagmati might hit the floors sometime end of this year.
