Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s recent property purchase has been the talk of the media. There was news circulating that she bought a luxurious duplex villa in Hyderabad. But the fact is that Samantha has bought a four-bedroom apartment at Jayabheri Orange County in Gachbowli and not a two-storey villa. The cost of the apartment was around Rs 6cr.

Samantha has been busy working on a few endorsements and web series recently and the actress has invested her income in real estate, (ie., by buying an apartment).
