On Thursday, five people supposed belonging to Al-Shabab group have been taken in police custody. The detained ones are thought to be involved in the Garissa massacre, Kenya.

The internal security said, some of the suspects were held while trying to escape to neighboring Somalia.

The Kenyan government believes Mohamed Dulyadin who has several names is the organizer of Garissa University attack.

The Al-Shabab is suspected for the horrifying attack at Garissa University campus that killed at least 150 people.

Al- Shabab has pledged for a ‘long, gruesome war’ against Kenya.

Previously they had attacked Nairobi’s Westgate shopping center in 2013 where at least 68 people were killed.

The corpses are yet to be acknowledged. They have been flown to Nairobi for recognition as local mortuaries are unable to cope and most of the students killed came from other parts of the country.

Garissa University is being questioned about the security, despite being repeatedly warned of likely attacks by officials.

It has come to notice that only two guards were on duty on the awful day. The university had already been informed of likely attacks by officials.

The gunman was well known to the place, said a witness.
