With utmost reverence in her holiness’ sanctity, IWEF was blessed for its vision and accomplishments. Indian Women Empowerment Forum, IWEF in short, has been helping our Indian community, specially our women and girls in the US from past several months. On behalf of the IWEF Team,Mrs Lalitha Byra from Indian Women Empowerment Forum AZ, was invited for a women empowerment meeting with her-excellence Amma Sri Karunamayi, along with noted women of the Phoenix Indian community.
Amma is a global embodiment of divinity and compassion. A living saint, known for her spiritual guidance and healing touch, Amma is a peace leader and a humanitarian with righteous soul. Her love, care and solicitude have bestowed solace to humans, animals and plants alike. Her spiritual journey in spreading universal love for all humankind has inspired countless people to unify with the noble cause.
From past two decades Amma has been traveling far and wide, to help and spread her motherly love to one and all, around the globe. Her pious soul has inspired many people and in her recent US tour to spread global unity and sustainability.
At the Phoenix women empowerment congregation, IWEF was admired for their outstanding contribution in reaching out, extending support and empowering women and children from our community. Amma also highlighted how love and care for our women and girls can help in building a stronger society. It is our women who suffer the most. Amma also appreciated the initiative in forming IWEF, which is dedicated in making the world a better place for our community women. She said the seed (IWEF) that is planted is not a small one and that it will grow and spread throughout the US and the world!
IWEF was formulated in 2016 with a vision to bring awareness and support for Indian diaspora, especially for our women and children in the US. Having blessed by the virtuous and divine Amma, our IWEF team strives to bring more and more innovative ways ensuring harmony and empowerment of women through our networks.
Mrs Byra on behalf of entire IWEF team, has shared her sincere and heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Sujatha Gunnala today, for inviting and getting a chance to talk about IWEF’s story and goals through a meeting with her-divinity Amma. The privilege of receiving encouragement and appreciation from Amma is an extremely proud moment for entire IWEF fraternity.
