Agent Cody Banks a.k.a Hollywood star Frankie Muniz has put up his modern Phoenix mansion for sale. A classic combo of contemporary design, luxury features and top-notch view of the surrounding Camelback Mountains, Muniz's Arcadia home has been priced at $2.9 million.
The four-bedroom, four-bathroom house spread across a sprawling 5.500 square feet, comes with custom cabinetry, chef's kitchen, infinity pool, spa and volleyball and basketball courts and other high-end amenities. The 27-year-old-actor bought this home in August 2012 for $2.6 million.
It's unclear if Muniz will continue to reside in Phoenix after his home is sold. That said, the young actor has always enjoyed living in the Valley, as it helps keep him out of the Hollywood spotlight.
"I never let Hollywood take control of me," he said in an interview with Fox News in September. "What helped was leaving when ["Malcolm"] ended, living a normal life in Phoenix. I know the people at the grocery store and my neighbors."
